Our general management skills ensure successful project delivery: Taste of Scotland We worked with the management and core sponsors of Taste of Scotland to completely re-launch this national listings scheme. Following our recommendations we provided practical support to implement new promotional and sponsorship strategies, media initiatives and long-term planning. Several years on, the Taste of Scotland is enjoying greatly increased awareness, heightened credibility and authority with both trade and consumer and a growing brand reputation. Lauriston Castle The Japanese Garden at Lauriston Castle will provide a space for contemplation, friendship and reconciliation. We have worked since 1995 to assist the project sponsors. Our 'behind the scenes' involvement includes site analysis, fundraising strategy and advice on organisational structures. In addition, we have designed, written and produced project literature and a promotional video, hosted by Edinburgh's Lord Provost, which was used to secure funding in Japan.
